The precision ground blade is specially hardened and the black section of the blade is a fluorine coating that reduces friction making cutting easier, binding less likely, and helps keep sap from building up on the blade. The blade locks into 2 positions so you can choose the right angle for the job. The rubberized ergonomic handle provides a comfortable and secure grip.
